tk10c Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the tk10c platform and its users. By using the tk10c website or services you are considered to have accepted these Terms. Please read all terms carefully before using the service.

01 General Terms

tk10c is an online entertainment platform providing casino games, sports betting, and live gaming services to users in Bangladesh. By using the platform you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood all provisions of these Terms.
• You are entering into these Terms voluntarily and knowingly.
• All information relating to your user account is true, accurate, and complete.
• tk10c reserves the right to change these Terms at any time.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria must be met to participate on the tk10c platform:

Age Requirement

This platform is for users aged 21 or above only. No person under the age of 21 may open an account or use the platform. tk10c has the right to verify age and may request a copy of a government-issued ID where necessary.

Other Eligibility Criteria

• Each user must operate a single account in their own name only.
• Persons banned by tk10c may not open an account.
• Persons whose accounts have previously been closed may not create a new account.

03 Account Registration & Security

Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering on the tk10c platform. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation.

Account Security

• Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility.
• Sharing account details with anyone else is prohibited.
• Any unauthorized access must be reported to us immediately.
• Keep your password strong and change it regularly.

Identity Verification (KYC)

tk10c may request the following documents for identity verification at any time: a copy of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence; proof of address (utility bill or bank statement); and payment method verification details. Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

tk10c processes transactions only through recognized payment methods available in Bangladesh.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (applicable for each method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).
• Deposited funds may only be used once they are reflected in the account.
• Depositing in a third party's name or from a third-party account is prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed before bonus wagering requirements have been met.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

tk10c offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Claiming these benefits automatically makes the following terms applicable.

Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount.
• Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Wagering on the bonus: ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be bet before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

VIP Program

tk10c's VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers may be changed or cancelled at any time.
• A promotion may be claimed only once per household/device/IP address.
• tk10c reserves the right to cancel any bonus if bonus abuse is suspected.
• Cashback and special bonuses may have their own separate terms and conditions.

06 Gaming Rules

All games on tk10c are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is independently tested, is used to determine game outcomes.

• All game results are entirely random and not predetermined.
• Bets placed due to a technical error will be considered void.
• In the event of a network disconnection, game outcomes will be determined according to server logs.
• Bets accepted after a sports betting market has closed may be considered void.
• Betting markets for various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi are subject to their own specific rules.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk10c platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account under a false identity or another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse, bonus hunting, or attempting to exploit the system.
• Collusion (gaining an advantage through coordination among multiple users).
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Betting or gaming using a third party's funds.
• Harassing behavior toward other users.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

tk10c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of the Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

Voluntary Account Closure

If a user wishes to voluntarily close their account, please contact our support team. Any remaining valid balance may be withdrawn before account closure, however funds related to bonuses may be forfeited.

09 Limitation of Liability

tk10c is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by the user's internet connection issues or device malfunction.
• Losses occurring during unexpected server maintenance or technical outages.
• Errors or delays by third-party payment processors.
• Losses resulting from the user's negligence or provision of incorrect information.
• Unauthorized account access that occurred due to the user's own carelessness.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tk10c's total liability shall in no case exceed the amount deposited by the user in the most recent 30 days.

10 Privacy & Personal Data

tk10c treats the protection of your personal data with the utmost seriousness. Information collected while using the platform is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

• Your information is protected through SSL encryption.
• Your data is not sold to third parties without your consent.
• Information may be provided in response to valid requests from law enforcement agencies.
• You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

11 Responsible Gaming
